Kelli - Customer Service Group Lead

I was working with IAS as a Customer Service Officer, when IAS joined Sportsbet in 2009.

I love the endless opportunities which are offered here, and have progressed from a casual Customer Service Officer to Team Leader, and more recently into the position of Customer Service Group Lead.

The training and support offered means that no matter who you are, or what you do, there is always something to learn or work towards.

I really enjoy the Sportsbet culture – it is a social, friendly and fun place to work and play!
