Customer Services

Customer Services are a dynamic front-line contact point for all sportsbet.com.au and IASbet.com customers. The department also incorporates Customer Security, who manage online fraud and maintains AML compliance, and a Payments team that manages the day to day transactions of all offered payment methods.

Customer Services run 7 days a week, 8am until 11pm Mon-Sat and 9am until 9pm on Sundays, and our agents deal with a variety of contacts via telephone calls, live chats and emails between these hours.
